Brandi was thorough, friendly and informative. I was disappointed at the unexpected $175 charge though. When I made the appointment I said I wanted Notch Therapy and clearly stated treating Tinnitus was my only primary concern. The $175 was not disclosed before the appointment. The charge should be approved before the appointment.
