Great experience with Nancy who helped me with scheduling and contacting my insurance company to Dr. Coolidge who performed my exam and explained what I was going to experience, cared about my comfort level while examination was performed and answered my questions about what may need attention. Dr. Coolidge also referred me to an ENT in my insurance network for a second opinion for inner ear check over before jumping into aids. There was no pressure to sell me aids, Dr. Coolidge sincerely cares about my condition and how best to treat at this time. I can even reach out to him by email and he will help me with any additional questions I may have going forward!

This was my first visit to Hill Hear Better Clinic to be fitted for hearing aids. My audiology testing was thorough and more in-depth than that received at ENT offices. Multiple styles were offered and I chose the one I preferred based on fit, function and features - the one best suited for me. Dr. Hill explained my hearing loss and how the aids could help me after losing my hearing in an airbag deployment from a car accident. Looking forward to receiving them soon! I am happy I chose this clinic for my first hearing aid experience.

I have met with Brandi several times over the past couple of years and couldn’t be happier. She is very professional and understanding. She listens and addresses my questions thoroughly. On one occasion she had the foresight to recommend me to see an ENT which turned out to be a great recommendation as the ENT made a very important and timely diagnosis.
