I was in for an ear cleaning super easy, very fast I was in and out

I was very disappointed. Since I didn’t want to buy the 4 year, 10k commitment before I was even looked at there was nothing they could do for me. I made the appointment because they said they were the tinnitus specialists. I was told sorry there’s nothing we can do for you and to go to a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. It was a complete waste of time of money.

Everyone in the office is always friendly and attentive to my needs. Making sure that my fit is good and that I’m aware of all the extras that my H.A have to offer with the settings and Bluetooth. They make you feel as if you’re old friends!

Located on the corner of Winton and Flemming Rd. The office was clean and bright and the staff was helpful and courteous. I was met by Dr. Lecher, who was extremely kind and professional. Her caring demeanor was calming and endearing. The equipment used was impressive and I liked how you could actually see into your own ear canal on the screen in front of you. As someone who has suffered from vertigo due to ear issues this was long over due. It was a very pleasant and affordable experience. I hear much better now and think everyone should add this to their periodic self care routine. Gotta take care of those ears!

After dealing with hearing loss for longer than I care to admit, I hesitantly went to Hill Hear Better Clinic. Everyone was so accommodating and explained each step thoroughly. After having my new hearing devices for three weeks, I can hear so many things I've been unable to for so long. Conversations with loved ones and coworkers aren't a source of frustration any longer. I feel like I've been given my life back. Thank you all for what you do!
