One word, Amazing! I read Dr. Hill's book prior to the appointment as the material covered answered a lot of questions, especially the difference between hearing tests at big box stores and/or online virtual hearing tests. Less expensive does not mean appropriate treatment for hearing loss. At the first appointment, staff were kind and friendly. Dr. Hill was so informative, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease with my particular hearing issue. The Hill Hear Better Clinic only sells top quality hearing aids appropriate for each person's individual hearing prescription. Yes, this is medically necessary and worth every penny. I highly recommend Audiologist Dr. Hill!

I had a clogged ear that had impaired my hearing on my right side, which I was very concerned about. When I called in, All of my questions concerning my situation or answered very clearly, and I was able to schedule an appointment that very day. With less than 15 minutes in the clinic, my ears were cleared, and I was greatly relieved and satisfied with my service.

Dr Gausvik did a great job cleaning out both ears and improving my hearing. Also, it was awesome to be educated while being able to see everything on a monitor. Will definitely be coming back to have them cleaned again!
