I had a great experience, it was my first time having ear wax removal done. Dr. Coolidge did a wonderful job walking me through what would be done. The wax removal process was easy and smooth. I am able to hear on the left side again!! Nancy was really sweet over the phone when was looking at getting an appointment made. Overall 10/10 experience/service would come back here again :)
