This review will support my earlier review of Hill Hear Better Clinic. I was scheduled to return after my initial evaluation and adjustments. This visit revealed that the previous adjustments and advice was working well with improvement in my hearing. Every test and result was explained to me with showing me the graphic results of the tests. I met with Brandi twice over the past couple of weeks, and couldn’t be happier. She conducted my hearing test, and asked me several questions about my hearing. She was very understanding of my issues. We discussed hearing aids, and I agreed to go ahead and get them. Once they arrived, Brandi was very diligent in explaining all the features and how to care for them. She also told me that it would take several days before the brain fully adapts to the aids.
