One word, Amazing! I read Dr. Hill's book prior to the appointment as the material covered answered a lot of questions, especially the difference between hearing tests at big box stores and/or online virtual hearing tests. Less expensive does not mean appropriate treatment for hearing loss. At the first appointment, staff were kind and friendly. Dr. Hill was so informative, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease with my particular hearing issue. The Hill Hear Better Clinic only sells top quality hearing aids appropriate for each person's individual hearing prescription. Yes, this is medically necessary and worth every penny. I highly recommend Audiologist Dr. Hill!

Dr Hill and his Staff are great; always putting the needs of the patient first. He listens to my hearing aid issues, asks questions to better understand what adjustments to make, and makes me feel that I am always welcome to come in for another settings tweak.The only difficulty is the time it takes to get an appointment which sometimes takes up to 2 weeks.Update: Just went in for my annual checkup today. First one with my now 1 year old hearing aids. Great care again and I always feel welcome for a tweak of my hearing aid settings.Update: Just completed my second annual checkup. Same as always-Dr Hill is patient, asks great questions to probe into my hearing issues, and is a great listener. Great care!!

Dr Gausvik gave a clear explanation of each test and what it was testing. Some of the tests were new to me and I could see they gave valuable information. Impression was that he is thorough. At the end of testing I was given a clear evaluation of my hearing.
