One word, Amazing! I read Dr. Hill's book prior to the appointment as the material covered answered a lot of questions, especially the difference between hearing tests at big box stores and/or online virtual hearing tests. Less expensive does not mean appropriate treatment for hearing loss. At the first appointment, staff were kind and friendly. Dr. Hill was so informative, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease with my particular hearing issue. The Hill Hear Better Clinic only sells top quality hearing aids appropriate for each person's individual hearing prescription. Yes, this is medically necessary and worth every penny. I highly recommend Audiologist Dr. Hill!
