We at The Hill Hear Better Clinic hope this finds you, your family, and friends in good health. We are open for business as almost usual.
We are currently accepting all appointment types at this time. However, our doors will be locked and we won’t be accepting walk-in appointments. We will be continuing with call ahead repair appointments and drop offs in the place of walk-ins.
To protect your safety, the safety of our staff, and all of our collective families, we are following strict CDC guidelines. Our waiting room remains closed. Patients will be brought in directly from their cars and taken directly to an exam room. Both patients and staff will be required to wear a mask at all times. Our staff will be following strict hand-washing and sanitization protocols. If you have been ill, running a fever, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 we are still asking you to put off making an appointment for at least 2 weeks. Only patients are allowed to come into the building. If someone comes with you, he/she will need to stay in the car. We will make exceptions for those with mobility or communication issues on a patient needs basis.
Scheduling and coming to an appointment:
- Call the office of your choice and we will schedule you.
- When you arrive for your appointment, call the office from your car and we will bring you into the building.
- You will be asked a few short screening questions.
- Wear a mask at all times.
- Use the hand soap and sanitizer that we provide to thoroughly wash your hands before your appointment begins.
Repairs & Batteries
If you need a repair, call the office to let us know you’re on your way, and then call from your car when you arrive. We will come to out to your car to pick up the hearing aid, repair it, and bring it back to you.
If you need batteries, please call and we will mail them to you. No need to come to the office.
